🔁 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

📦 Important:
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns of any opened or tampered packages. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.


💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Customized or bulk/pallet orders

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
